Under supervision of the Director of Operations, the Production Manager will be responsible for
providing leadership, direction and guidance to a shop crew of multiple work centers.
This position will require a hands‐on level of leadership, working with direct reports to
implement the desired, daily, weekly and monthly shop goals from shop floor personnel.
Experience and/or understanding of machine operation, machine set‐ups, tooling, preventative
maintenance, blue print/CAD interpretation and programming are paramount. In addition, the
position will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives involving process
improvement, focusing on increases in productivity and efficiency through automation
technology.
