Company Description
with 5 years experience with documention, Processes and ISO Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and auditing of LEMO USA’s Quality Management System.
• Ensures continual quality management system process compliance and improvement including, yet not limited, to ISO 9001 requirements, LEMO HQ Quality Leader requirements, customer requirements, and Quality Best Practices.
• Designs and continually improves the systems, communication channels, documentation, training, and application of the processes required to provide an effective structure for the Quality Assurance management system to function optimally.
• Drives corrective action and root cause closures of failure events including yet not limited to internal process defects/scrap, customer field failures, findings from internal audits and customer audits.
• Initiates the development of (and/or improve new) practices and procedures to promote data collection and in-process inspection in the manufacturing work centers and within the Quality Assurance department activities.
• Initiates the development of supplier quality metrics, map critical supplier performance trends and provides feedback in advance of non-conforming material events; participates in supplier audits and supplier improvement projects.
• Initiates activity to respond to process data collected and drive improvements that are measureable and sustainable.
• Promotes an awareness of Quality Assurance goals and processes throughout operations and creates an environment committed to continuous quality improvement.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to perform product and component failure analysis and resolution.
